Customers Support Assistant (02) Location: Gulu & Lira (Remote), Uganda Reports to: Senior Risk & Impact Associate

Customers Support Assistant

Join Cycle Connect’s growing team supporting over 14,000 last-mile farmers with income-generating tools and farmer-friendly finance. This role is key to delivering an excellent customer experience and protecting portfolio quality.

Role Snapshot

  • Frontline customer support via calls and follow-up.
  • Explain loan details and repayment expectations clearly.
  • Support repayment follow-up and basic credit tasks.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve client experience.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communication, or a related field, plus strong communication skills and a passion for serving rural communities.

Operations Intern (01) Location: Lira, Uganda Reports to: Admin Associate

Operations Intern

Support Cycle Connect’s day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role spans front desk & admin (50%), logistics & procurement (30%), and finance support (20%), helping our Lira office run efficiently and supporting teams serving last-mile farmers.

Role Snapshot

  • Front desk & visitor support.
  • Coordinate office schedules & supplies.
  • Assist procurement, inventory & field logistics.
  • Support petty cash, documentation & finance filing.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance or related field; strong organization skills; proficiency in MS Office; Luo language fluency is an added advantage.
